NIABRAZE SDS™ Secured Diamond Saw Wire NIABRAZE SDS wire is a new product offering joining Niabraze Corporation’s family of superabrasive products. Secured diamond saw wire is designed for environmentally friendly thin kerf wafer sawing without the use of slurries. SDS wire is for sawing hard to cut brittle materials at three to four times the through cut speed of slurry cutting. Our SDS wire, with its fine micron diamond particles produces an outstanding surface finish to the material and maintains excellent flatness control. NIABRAZE maintains extremely tight process controls to ensure that our SDS wire is manufactured to precise diameters with diamond concentricity and concentration for efficient cutting. Our manufacturing capabilities will allow for a range of wire sizes from 180 micron through 350 micron. NIABRAZE SDS wire can be used effectively for cutting a wide range of materials and can be spooled to accommodate various industry used wire saws.
